Farm Guidelines

Welcome to Schultz Fruitridge Farms. To help make sure every visitor to our farm has a fun and safe visit, please respect the following rules:

  1. Please set a great example for our guests at our family friendly farm. Show common courtesy to fellow guests and our staff by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.
  2. Please keep in mind that you are visiting a working farm. Proper attire should be worn at all times including shirts and shoes. Closed toed shoes, layered clothing, hats and sun block are some of the items that you may want to consider when preparing for your visit.  Please also note that our farm grounds consist of dirt, gravel and grass – there may be dust or mud depending on recent weather.
  3. Due to fire safety on our farm, smoking, tobacco, and e-cigarettes are only permitted inside guest vehicles.
  4. While we sell our hard cider here at the farm, our alcohol license doesn’t permit on site consumption at this time.  We thank you for respecting this rule.
  5. Please see our Pet Policy for additional information about bringing your animals to the farm.
  6. Always be proactive about your safety and the safety of all children in your care during your visit.
  7. Please follow all posted hours.  No after hour activities are permitted in the parking lots or other areas on the farm.
  8. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave our property if the circumstances so require.
  9. Please note that we are a working farm and by visiting our farm, you acknowledge that a person who observes or participates in an activity on this property assumes the risks inherent in the activity. Risks inherent in the activity may include conditions on the land, the unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with equipment used in farming operations, and the potential that a participant in the activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death. The agricultural provider is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in an activity resulting from those inherent risks.
